What we collect
When you request an estimate we collect your name, property address, city, ZIP code, phone number, email address, project type, and any project details you choose to share. We also record the date and time of your request, the offer shown to you, and any campaign tracking values in the link you used.
How we use it
We use your information only to contact you about your remodeling project, schedule your free in-home consultation, and prepare an estimate. By submitting the form you agree that NRG Remodeling may contact you by phone, text, or email about this request.
Text messages
Text messages are optional. We only send a confirmation text if you check the text-message box on the form; you can submit your request without it. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop texts at once — we record that number so it is not texted again. You can also call or email us to opt out. We do not share your phone number with anyone for marketing.
How long we keep your information
If your request does not become a project, we automatically delete your personal information — name, address, phone number, and email — 12 months after you submit the form. Records for customers with an active or completed project are kept separately from request records so that business and warranty records stay intact. Opt-out records are kept indefinitely so we can honor your STOP request.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate this website and communicate with you, including our email and text-message providers.
